This document sets out the terms and conditions how a natural persons’ personal data (further – the Data), provided during purchasing a ticket for Baltic VC Summit 2018 and registering, is collected and processed and a person’s rights regarding them.
The Data is collected and processed by Latvijas Privātā un Riska kapitāla asociācija, an NGO incorporated in Latvia under registration number 40008077409. If you have any questions regarding the Data processing please contact us by email info@lvca.lv.
The Data is collected and processed for the purposes of:
– processing ticket sales;
– sending updated information about the Baltic VC Summit 2018 by email or phone;
– identifying participants of the Baltic VC Summit 2018 upon their arrival;
– enhancing networking possibilities between the Baltic VC Summit 2018 participants.
If you do not wish your name and/or photograph to appear on any publicly available information, please inform us by email letter to info@lvca.lv. Should you wish your data to be removed completely from our system you must request it in writing by email letter to info@lvca.lv. Requests will be processed within a 30-day period. The data necessary for the accountancy reasons (name and surname of the ticket purchaser, if the purchase is done by a natural person) will be held as long as it is necessary to fulfil appropriate law conditions.
We will not share e-mail addresses, telephone number or credit card information to any third party without your permission.
We will hold the Data until the end of 2018 to provide the possibility to deal with any outstanding issue after the Baltic VC Summit 2018. The data necessary for the accountancy reasons (name and surname of the ticket purchaser, if the purchase is done by a natural person) will be held as long as it is necessary to fulfil appropriate law conditions.
We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect the Data.
We reserve the right to modify the Privacy Policy. Any changes will be posted on http://balticvcsummit2018.lvca.lv.
